Panic attacks

Panic attack is a sudden episode of fear or anxiety that can occur anywhere, such as at work, driving, sleeping. It is accompanied by serious bodily reactions that become more intense within a few minutes. Such symptoms are: palpitations, shortness of breath, chest tightness, sweating, numbness of the limbs, nausea, hot flashes, abdominal pain, chest pain, headache, nausea, dizziness, fear of imminent death and lack of control.
