Through psychotherapy we can get to know ourselves, make peace with our positive but also our negative side, understand that all the emotions somewhere "serve" us and understand the way we behave so far that is a logical continuation of the way that we grew up and internalized our relationships with Significant Others (parents) Through psychotherapy we can overcome the obstacles that make us procrastinators and make it difficult for us to make changes and achieve our dreams on a personal and professional level.
